2 Definitions

puyss888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to request documentary evidence including, but not limited to, a government-issued identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, Malaysian mobile phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify puyss888 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. puyss888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility unless you have promptly reported a suspected security breach to our support team at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

puyss888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. puyss888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Accounts that fail to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable time frame may be suspended or closed.

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

puyss888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are processed according to the following target timeframes:

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Target processing time of under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow / FPX transfers: Target processing time of 5 to 15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire transfers: Target processing time of 15 to 60 minutes.

These timeframes represent puyss888's operational targets and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be affected by payment provider conditions, banking system availability, or security review requirements. puyss888 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.uyss888 reserves the right to require that funds be returned via the same method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

puyss888 may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of offer, which form part of this Agreement. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering multiplier ranges from X10 to X20 of the bonus amount. This means a User must wager the Bonus Funds the specified number of times before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example: aRM100 bonus with an X15 wagering requirement requires a total of RM1,500 in qualifying wagers.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or hand is MYR 250 unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period constitute a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Users will not receive notification of impending bonus expiry as a matter of right, though puyss888 may at its discretion issue reminders.

7.5 Abuse & Irregular Play

puyss888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend or terminate Accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms is suspected or detected. Determinations of bonus abuse shall be made at puyss888's sole and reasonable discretion.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on puyss888 — including sports wagers on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and all other available events — are subject to the specific betting rules published for each market and the general rules set out herein.

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended after acceptance except where puyss888 offers a "cash out" facility and the User elects to use it prior to event resolution;
• puyss888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or where odds were made available due to a manifest error;
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, puyss888's decision regarding the correct resolution shall be final;
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the point of wagering;
• Winings from live casino games and slots are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems and are subject to the stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game providers.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of promotional systems;
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activities or that are otherwise subject to legal restrictions on their use;
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform or its systems beyond those intended for standard User access;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game, and failing to report such puyss888 promptly;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the puyss888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of puyss888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer any Platform software; or use any automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, puyss888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

puyss888's total aggregate liability to any User for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

puyss888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Upon termination of an Account, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the User via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any pending KYC or security review. Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon account termination.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which puyss888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under the applicable regulatory framework.

15 Amendments

Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
